PAYMENTS
We do not offer credit terms.  Payment is due in full at time of shipment leaving our warehouse.  For lighting orders with longer lead times, a 50% deposit can be placed to start the order and balance will be due at shipping.  We accept Checks, Credit Cards, PayPal and ACH transfers.  Checks can be mailed to:

SHIPPING
All orders shipped within the continental US are shipped free via UPS Ground.  This service includes insurance.  Orders on the East Coast usually take 1-2 business days to receive.  Orders on the West Coast take about 5-7 business days to receive.  If you require faster service, please contact us for a quote.

For orders shipping to Canada or Mexico, a freight quote can be calculated at check out, or if placing a manual order, we will provide you with shipping quote at that time.  International orders to Canada and Mexico ship UPS standard expedited service and include insurance. Customer is responsible for any duties/taxes due at time of receipt unless otherwise arranged by us and agreed upon by you at time of shipment.

Artig is not responsible for delays by UPS/Freight Carrier or Customs.

RETURNS
Product returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit, exchange or refund.  You can contact us at info@artig.lighting or 212.925.2235 to coordinate the return/exchange.  All returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition unless arranged with us otherwise beforehand. We provide UPS labels for return shipping, however any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please make sure that items are re-packaged properly and wrapped securely when returning them.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective items will be replaced promptly upon documentation of defects (photos, description). Defective item must be returned to Artig, we will provide shipping labels to do so.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours.  If shipment is
damaged by freight carrier, please email documentation (photos of exterior box damage, product damage, etc) to info@artig.lighting.  Failure to retain damaged packaging may invalidate any claim.
